Your Kids 30 Day June Photo Challenge

Last year I did a fun 30 day photo challenge. It was a lot of fun and some of my favorite photos are from that challenge. I ended up themeing them all around my daughter since I had just had her and she was my inspiration. Well over a year later she is still my inspiration so I though it would be fun to make a photo challenge of my own with the main theme being your kids. I hope you join me!

Comment with your blog address so I can see what you all come up with. I plan to post each day here!

Good luck!

May Cards

It has been a while since I have posted any of my projects. It has been hard lately to find a balance in life. But I have enjoyed getting away in my craft room and getting to create fun projects and having some me time every now and then.

I created this first card for my brother for his birthday. For some reason since middle school he has loved Llamas so I was happy to find the Cricut® Birthday Bash Cartridge had a llama cut. Such a silly animal! I guess it is fitting since my brother is pretty silly as well.

The next card I did was for a friend for Mother's Day. This was her first Mother's Day so I thought it would be fun to make her a card. Plus she loves scrapbooking and crafting too so she appreciates homemade goodies. We also both share a love for flamingos. So of course I had to find a way to incorporate cute flamingos into her card :) I loved the way it came out.

Birthday Card Including "Now" & "Future" Gifts

I just did this fun card for my nephew who is turning one. We live long distance from him so I wanted something easy to mail. So we decided to get him an American Silver Eagle that will hopefully gain value over time as it contains 99.9% pure silver. I love the idea of giving him something for his future. But I also wanted to get him something for now. So I also included an Amazon.com gift card so his mommy can pick something out for him. You can now print your Amazon.com gift cards with your own photo so I used one of my favorite photos of our daughter and the birthday boy kissing.

I had a lot of fun creating this card. I hope you enjoy!

Cute Dinosaurs because what boy does not love dinosaurs. Heck I love them.
The small envelope contains the coin. I used washi tape
to attach it so it is easy to remove.
